Apex Lab Lifestyle Limited carefully handles every order and inspects the packaging before shipment.

If any visible damage is found upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will follow up as soon as possible. Please note that our warranty and after-sales support do not cover any damage caused by human error, including improper use, handling, or installation.

Currently, we only deliver within Hong Kong. For remote areas (such as outlying islands, village houses, or restricted zones), additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you to arrange further details if necessary. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate address and contact information.

Delays or extra charges may result if we are unable to contact you or if delivery is unsuccessful
